Subscriptions!
In this blog we break down how subscriptions work, how to sign up for them plus what is on offer for you as a member of the Electroverse community!
Let’s get plugged in…
Subscriptions are a brand new way for you to save money on CPOs (charge point operators) that you use frequently! You simply pay a monthly fee and get a discount on charging at the provider you’ve signed up for a subscription with.
You can find and sign up for subscriptions right from your profile in the Electroverse app, let's take a look!
Make sure you are logged in on the Electroverse app and head straight to your profile. Once there tap on the ‘Charging subscriptions’ tab to get started!
Once there you will see a list of all available and active subscriptions. You will also see at a glance what the monthly fee and discount will be. From here you can activate any new subscriptions or cancel ones you no longer need.
Your available subscriptions are location dependent. If you have your app location set to another region you might see different CPOs and discounts.
To activate a new subscription simply select a CPO listed as ‘Available’.You’ll be taken to a new screen with all of the Terms and Conditions and information relevant to the subscription, just hit subscribe at the end of the screen and you are ready to charge at a discount!
Your subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time but some will have minimum commitment terms (i.e. one month). You can check out the full subscription Terms and Conditions here.
No longer need a subscription? No problem! You can head straight to your active subscriptions and tap on the one you’d like to cancel. Swipe fully across on the ‘Cancel subscription’ and you’re done. You will still be able to view your subscription, along with the end date, from the active subscriptions tab.
Change of plans or simply changed your mind? Tap the ‘Renew subscription’ button to start your discount back up again!
Subscriptions are one of the newest features available to Electroverse customers and we only aim to add more to the offering as time goes on. To keep up to date with available discounts we recommend you keep an eye on the Electroverse app!
The Allego summer pass has made it to the Electroverse! By signing up via Electroverse you can get 30% off each charge you complete with Allego, but don't wait too long, the subscription wraps up at the end of September!
The cost for the subscription will vary depending on where you are signing up from but you can expect to pay £9.99/ €11.99 per month. We recommend checking the Electroverse app for currency specific pricing!
Electroverse users get 20% off with Be.EV chargers for a monthly subscription cost of £9. By signing up you get access to cheaper charging immediately and you will be billed monthly!
This subscription has a one month joining plan, by signing up for the subscription you agree to a one month minimum term.
Electroverse users in Spain can get a 22% discount on Iberdrola | bp pulse chargers for a subscription fee of €9.68. By signing up you get immediate access to cheaper charging and you will be billed on a monthly basis.
This subscription is only available on Iberdrola | bp pulse chargers in Spain. It will not cover charging in Portugal. This subscription has a one month joining plan, by signing up for the subscription you agree to a one month minimum term.
If you are an Electroverse user in Spain, France or Belgium you can get access to cheaper charging with Powerdot!
The discount depends on where you are signing up but you are guaranteed to save big on your charging for just €7.99 a month.
🇪🇸 Spain: 29% discount
🇫🇷 France: 31% discount
🇧🇪 Belgium: 28% discount
When you subscribe you get immediate access to cheaper charging and you will be billed on a monthly basis.
If you sign up for a Powerdot subscription in Spain, France, or Belgium before the 30th of April you can get your first month for just €5.99!
