Whether you’re looking to save on charging costs, take advantage of Plunge Pricing, or explore subscription benefits, the offers tab makes it easier than ever to find and access these features.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to navigate the offers tab on both the Electroverse website and app, and explain everything you can discover within it.

In a nutshell it’s your gateway to a range of money-saving opportunities and exclusive benefits. Here’s what you’ll find when you tap in:
Plunge Pricing: Plunge Pricing occurs when energy is in high supply and demand is low. Within the offers tab, you can easily identify when a Plunge Pricing event is happening, allowing you to charge your vehicle at a fraction of the cost.
Charging Discounts: Discover exclusive discounts on charging rates at select locations. These offers are designed to help you save even more on your charging sessions.
Subscriptions: Explore our subscription plans, which offer additional perks like discounted charging. Within the offers tab you’ll be able to see your live subscriptions and sign up to new ones!
To make sure you never miss out on a discount like Plunge Pricing, make sure you have your push notifications turned on. Don’t worry we don’t go overboard with notifications, we just want to make sure you get the most out of your charge!

Make sure you’re logged in on the Electroverse site!
Head to the map and check out the menu on the left hand side of the page.
The fifth option down will let you see all your active subscriptions, live or upcoming Plunge Pricing events and any charging discounts available!
Open up the Electroverse app and tap the pink offers button in the upper right section of your screen.
You will see all active and upcoming Plunge Pricing events, active subscriptions and available discounts in one handy place.

To find out more about Plunge Pricing tap the three dots in a circle and then ‘Find out more’.
Make sure you never miss an event by selecting ‘Notification settings’ and make sure both Plunge Pricing and Discount notifications are on!
