Electroverse for Business has Landed

We are kicking the new year off on the right note as Electroverse for Business has launched out of beta this month! (cue the applause). 

The use of electric cars for business is no longer outside the norm. In 2023 alone, of the over 315,000 fully electric vehicles added to the road, over 242,000 of them were registered as a company vehicle. By nature, fleet drivers are constantly on the go, so we created a product that makes charging on the public network simple for drivers and budget holders.

What it says on the tin: Electroverse for Business is the ultimate solution for charging on the go, thanks to the slick online platform that goes in conjunction with our award-winning app. It helps businesses overcome typical challenges when managing their EV fleet.

Get ready to simplify your electric journey with Electroverse for Business – managing electric vehicles has never been this easy, no matter the size of your enterprise!

Picture this: a web platform that's your go-to for complete control and overview. We're talking about a management paradise where you can do just about everything (except physically hit the road, of course)!

If you're the kind of manager who craves insights, our dashboard will be your first port of call. Dive into live data showcasing:

• How much carbon you're saving 

• The average charge session duration

• Which charger types are stealing the spotlight. 

And that's not all – we break it down with a Charging Point Operator (CPO) analysis per driver and an overall split. Monthly reporting just hit a whole new level of simplicity!

Driver management is a breeze as our platform is fully self-serve, you can do it all: 

• Add or remove drivers from your account in just a few clicks. 

• Add and assign vehicles 

• Order or deactivate RFID cards 

• Resend onboarding emails to drivers, just in case they get lost in the excitement! 

For drivers, this is charging on-the-go streamlined. After the initial sign-up via their email, drivers gain access to the wonderful world of Electroverse. 

Now, hold on tight because our intuitive, award-winning mobile app is your ticket to over 600,000 chargers scattered across the UK and Europe. Need a navigator? Our app comes equipped with a route planner to map out your journey, plus – in-car support with Apple CarPlay, AndroidAuto, and more!

But here's the real game-changer – no more digging into your pockets! Say goodbye to the hassle of claiming expenses and waiting for the next billing cycle. Your RFID card (Electrocard) is like a golden ticket connected to the business account. What does that mean? Well, management gets a sleek consolidated invoice, and you, dear driver, get peace of mind knowing your journey won't break the bank.

No catch, no hidden extras, no minimum contract terms.

With Electroverse for Business, transparency is the name of the game; we want to make public charging simpler, not more complex. 

That being said, we do have a couple of requirements, all standard practice, but worth mentioning nonetheless. 

Signing Up 

The platform is only open to active businesses registered in the UK. If your business is registered in the EU or further afield, watch this space!

Billing

To onboard drivers to your business account, you will need to set up Direct Debit. Your business charging and any subscription costs will be bundled into one invoice at the end of the month linked to your Direct Debit. 

Driver Registration

We want drivers to get the most out of everything Electroverse has to offer. When you add a driver to the platform, it will trigger an email prompting them to download the app and access their driver profile. They will need to use the email address allocated to them on the Electroverse for Business portal to complete creating their account.
